As the Customer Service Representative (CSR), “you” make the customer experience at Peace Glass! The CSR role provides front line support to our ICBC auto glass and commercial/residential glass customers as well as for contractors and purchasing agents.
We are one of Fort St. John’s busiest glass shops and the CSR day includes front counter service, answering phones, preparing estimate and claim paperwork along with any required customer follow-up via phone or email. Your eye for detail and organizational skills will ensure everything runs smoothly for both customers and staff.
Here’s what you get to do:
- Front counter client interaction including booking appointments, answering questions and preparing information for quotations.
- Booking ICBC glass repair/replacement appointments including all associated paperwork and customer follow-up.
- Working with ICBC and third party insurance providers as part of the autoglass claims process.
- Provide information and sales support for our wide variety of automotive, window and door products.
- Client communication and follow-up. Provide timely responses to phone and email inquiries. Manage paperwork flow.
- Basic administrative duties as they relate to autoglass and residential/commercial glass sales and installations.
- Participating in any required training or upgrading.

- Detail oriented and organized.
- Clear communication skills. Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
- Professional and presentable appearance (work shirts will be provided)

Essentials:
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Computer, internet, email and phone skills
- Adhere to Company dress code and Code of Conduct
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in the auto and residential/commercial glass industry
- Experience with ICBC claims and related paperwork
- Knowledge of windows, doors and related hardware
- Well accustomed to customer service/public interaction.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
